Tart By Taylor is a growing company and needs assistance with a ton of tasks around our office. We are looking for 2-3 part time employees:
- Position: Operations Assistant
- Hours: Part time (2-3 days a week), hours/days can be flexible to work around other obligations
- Compensation: hourly, dependent on experience
- Must be located in the Dallas area (in-person position)
- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
- Oversee and manage order fulfillment in a timely and efficient manner
- Receive incoming inventory and update tracking systems
- Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree
- Motivated, self-starter
- Extremely organized
- Pays close attention to detail
- Creative eye: must be able to create a unique experience and have creative ability to pitch new ideas
- A growth mindset: track record of leveraging past learnings, encouraging new ideas and smart risk taking in self and others
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross functional partnerships to make effective decisions
- Proven track record of leadership
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
